Video Voting
Video entries and voting closes on 31st August 2012.
It appears that some of the videos in our contest have benefitted from people attempting to cheat the voting system. Solopress.com can confirm that no entry will be disqualified for this type of voting. However, every suspicious vote will be considered void and will NOT count towards the final total when the competition closes. So if you are thinking of cheating, don’t try it!

I think video 2 has a fun retro feel. Good luck and well done all entries. Negative comments are never helpful. Positivity all the way. What an excellent idea for new film makers o make their mark. Well done to all involved.

I thought video 2 was well put together, but I thought it felt like an actual advert. Reading the Solopress examples on the competition page, like “wear a crazy outfit emblazoned with Solopress.com and start a conga line down your high street” or “tap dance in front of a poster” or “make up a funny joke about printing”, I thought they were looking for something a bit more wacky or fun. Video 5 made me laugh, so I voted for that. May the best one win!
I had to vote for video 5, it reminds me of Mickey Spillane’s Mike Hammer, the old b&w detective show! Very funny lines in it, wacky to boot – perfect. Love it
Video 4 with the ants gave me to think of all the people at solopress working together to get the end result of a job well done.
Video 3 is indeed insane, if I were seen by that doctor, I’d run screaming lol
Video 2 reminded me of the old WW2 promos. Nicely done.
Video 1 showed me a “boring” day with no highlights until solopress arrives through the door YAY
I find it rather sad that all of these videos don’t seem to be getting viewed equally, mostly just 2 and 5. It appears that they really aren’t getting judged on the videos themselves, rather getting judged on who has the most friends
Shame cos all of them are rather bloody good.

P.S. I think all of the arguemental comments should be deleted by solopress. It cheapens the competition in my eyes. The only ones who have commented in any rational, sane way are what appears to be the video makers themselves, trying to smooth ruffled feathers. Good for them, shame on the rest.
